TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Who These Terms Apply To 

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made on www.ivy-ana.uk. By placing an order or registering a trade account, you agree to these terms. This website is for registered business customers only. 

 

2. Trade Account 

  • You must provide accurate company details to register. 
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 
  • IVY-ANA&CO may accept, decline, or suspend any account at its discretion. 
  • Notify us immediately if your account is accessed without authorisation. 

 

3. Orders 

  • All orders are an offer to purchase and are confirmed only when we send an Order Confirmation. 
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or credit concerns. 
  • Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply and are shown on product pages. 
  • Custom/branded orders require written confirmation and carry additional lead times. 

 

4. Pricing & Payment 

  • All prices are exclusive of GST/VAT unless stated otherwise. 
  • Prices may change without notice; the confirmed price applies at order time. 
  • New accounts: payment is due at the time of order. 
  • Credit terms (Net 15/30) are available to approved accounts after a credit review. 
  • Accepted methods: bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, cheque (approved accounts only). 
  • Overdue balances incur a 2% per month late payment charge. 

 

5. Delivery 

  • Delivery timelines given at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. 
  • Risk and ownership of goods passes to you upon delivery. 
  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and location. 
  • You are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery and noting any visible damage on the delivery note. 

 

6. Returns & Claims 

Damaged goods (transit): report within 48 hours with photos. 

Incorrect items delivered: report within 48 hours. 

Quantity shortages: report within 24 hours. 

Quality or manufacturing defects: report within 7 days. 

Change of mind: not accepted. 

 

To raise a claim, email info@ivy-ana.uk with your order number, description, and photos. 

 

7. Products 

  • Product images and descriptions are for guidance only. Minor variations may occur. 
  • It is your responsibility to verify product suitability for your intended use, including food safety compliance. 

 

8. Intellectual Property 

All website content is the property of IVY-ANA&CO. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without written consent. 

 

9. Limitation of Liability 

Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or business interruption. 

 

10. Force Majeure 

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, supply disruptions, government restrictions, etc.). We will notify affected customers as soon as possible. 

 

11. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 

 

12. Changes to These Terms 

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on our website.
